台州湾位于东海大陆架,是典型的淤泥质海湾,受复杂潮流、水动力环境及河流物源共同影响。依据春季大潮期间台州湾的水文和悬沙观测数据,分析悬沙粒度的分布特征及其影响机制。结果表明:台州湾悬沙粒度在空间上呈现湾内较小、湾口较大的分布模式,潮周期对粒度变化具有显著影响,观测期间悬沙粒径较小;水体层化状态显著影响悬沙输运过程;湍流混合增强时悬沙在垂向上的分布更均匀,而层化增强时,底层悬沙浓度明显高于表层。泥沙输运分析显示,受潮流和沿岸流共同控制,台州湾悬沙净输运趋势由湾内向湾外递减,湾口是泥沙输运的关键区域。
Abstract:Taizhou Bay, situated on the East China Sea continental shelf, is a typical silty bay shaped by complex tidal currents, hydrodynamic conditions, and river sediment sources.Based on hydrological and suspended sediment observations during spring high tides, the distribution characteristics and mechanisms of suspended sediment particle sizes were analyzed.The results are as follows.The sediment particle sizes in Taizhou Bay exhibit spatial distribution patterns with smaller sizes in the bay interior and larger sizes at the bay mouth.The tidal cycle significantly influences particle size variations, with smaller particle sizes observed during the study period.The stratified water column markedly affects sediment transport processes.When turbulent mixing intensifies, sediment distribution becomes more uniform vertically, whereas enhanced stratification results in significantly higher sediment concentrations in the bottom layer compared to the surface.Sediment transport analysis indicates a decreasing net transport trend from the bay interior to the exterior controlled by both tidal and coastal currents, with the bay mouth serving as the critical transport zone.
