摘要:

总结了漆酶的生产、分离纯化过程及酶活测定方法 ,综述了漆酶的结构特征、催化氧化性质 ,介绍了漆酶在工业中的应用 ,尤其在环保中的应用前景

Abstract:

The production and purification of laccase,the determination of the enzyme activity are summarized.The strucure characteristics, catalytic oxidation function for laccase are reviewed.The applications of laccase in industry,especially in environment protection are introduced.
